Keller and Heckman will present a pre-conference workshop, titled, “Submitting Food-Contact Petitions in China: Pitfalls and Challenges,” at this year’s Food Contact Asia. Speakers at the October 19 pre-conference will be David J. Ettinger, Managing Partner of Keller and Heckman’s Shanghai office, and Associate Eric Gu and Scientist Chen Hu. They will provide an overview of the Chinese Food Safety Law and Chinese Food-Contact Standards, explain the petition process, and present case studies.
