Recycled Packaging for Food Contact Conference

Keller and Heckman Partner Mitzi Ng Clark will give a presentation, titled, “North America current regulatory landscape for food contact materials,” at the Recycled Packaging for Food Contact Conference. The presentation will cover how to establish FDA status for recycled plastics for food contact materials, in addition to major developments taking place in U.S. states. She will also provide a comparison of U.S. FDA and European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) regulations in this area.
