Is the French positive list still applicable as I have heard from sources that it is no longer so?
Answer
We consider that there is currently no legally binding positive list in France applicable to colorants/pigments used in the manufacture of food contact materials. Please refer to our response to question "Please Explain the Details Surrounding the French Positive List" for further details.
