Keller and Heckman Partner Rachida Semail presented at the Centre for Management Technology’s virtual conference on Recycled Packaging for Food Contact on December 2, 2021. Industry leaders and officials joined Rachida during the second annual conference to provide regulatory updates and discuss challenges related to recycled plastics within food packaging.

Keller and Heckman Scientist Chen Hu will be one of the speakers at Chemical Watch’s Food Contact Regulations: Pacific and Eurasia virtual conference on November 24, 2021. The title of his presentation is: “FCM regulations across ASEAN countries and future harmonization.” Other speakers will include regulators and industry experts.
 

On October 27, 2021, the China National Center for Food Safety Risk Assessment (CFSA) requested comments on 10 food-contact materials and articles, including three new additives, two food-contact materials and articles for usage expanded, and five new resins.
