Ruby Grinolds joined Keller and Heckman in 2008. Ms. Grinolds practices in the area of food and drug law where she advises domestic and foreign corporations in matters of FDA and international regulatory compliance. In particular, Ms. Grinolds assists corporations in establishing clearances for food and drug additives in the U.S. and the European Union.

During law school, Ms. Grinolds was a Notes Editor for the American Intellectual Property Law Quarterly Journal. In addition, Ms. Grinolds received the American Bar Association/Bureau of National Affairs Award given to the members of the graduating Juris Doctor class who have demonstrated excellence in the study of health law.
